YOUTH & SCHOOL EDUCATION PRESENTATIONS

The RNLI is committed to saving lives at sea by raising awareness of the RNLI and communicating water safety messages to young people.
Presentations by Youth Education Volunteers are provided totally free of charge to schools and youth organisations, and these presentations provide a valuable insight into how the RNLI works, both at sea and inland, and has valuable water safety messages for everyone.
Our Branch have approved RNLI Community and Youth Education Volunteer water safety officers, and we would be pleased to arrange a suitable presentation to suit your school or organisation.
Please telephone our Vice Chairman Andrew on 07884944118 for an informal chat.

Not long now until the schools break up for the summer holidays, and we have launched a brand new set of curriculum-linked resources for teachers and youth leaders to help teach water safety to children from 4-18 years old.
You can download them from http://RNLI.org
or book for one of our volunteers to visit you.
Help your students to be safe at the seaside and you’ll help us reach our goal of halving deaths by drowning by 2024 – you don’t have to get your feet wet to save a life!
